Optimal Care Therapy is hiring an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children with autism. The role includes supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, adjusting treatment goals, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance. The position is available in person and/or remotely in Illinois, with full-time and part-time options, an hourly salary of $65–$70, benefits for full-time employees, and professional development opportunities.
