Epic Minds Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Assessor in a hybrid role. The position focuses on conducting initial and reassessment evaluations for children receiving ABA services, developing individualized treatment plans and goals, determining service hours and levels of care, completing assessment reports, and supporting authorization and peer-review processes. The role does not require maintaining an ongoing BCBA supervision caseload and requires current BCBA certification, active licensure where required, ABA assessment and treatment-planning experience, strong clinical writing and documentation skills, and knowledge of medical necessity and insurance authorization requirements.
