Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to develop, implement, and maintain behavior analytic comprehensive treatment and behavior plans for individuals with autism. The role involves conducting assessments, training and supervising behavior technicians, educating parents, coordinating care, creating data collection methods, tracking and analyzing data, attending meetings, and directly working with clients.
