CrystalCare ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design, supervise, and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with autism or developmental disabilities. The role involves developing therapy plans, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs and paraprofessionals, collaborating with families, maintaining client records, and staying current with ABA research and best practices. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification in good standing, an active New Jersey LBA license, a relevant master’s degree, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
