Description
Succeed ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role oversees a client caseload, conducts assessments, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, provides one-on-one behavioral therapy, supervises behavior technicians, trains parents and caregivers, monitors progress, and collaborates with speech and occupational therapists. A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, ASD experience, and clinical ABA experience are required. The position pays $85-$110 per hour and offers benefits and professional development.
