Optimal Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chicago, Illinois to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance.
