Advanced Behavioral Therapy is hiring a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Plainfield, New Jersey. The role provides in-home and virtual applied behavior analysis services for children with autism, develops individualized behavior and skill programs, tracks progress using a data collection application such as Catalyst, and supervises and trains therapy staff. Services are provided Monday through Friday, primarily after school, with no weekends required. Compensation is up to $95 per hour based on experience, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid continuing education units, and an annual performance bonus.
