Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA therapy services for children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and therapy centers. Responsibilities include intake and functional behavioral assessments, treatment-plan design, supervision and training of ABA technicians, data graphing, progress monitoring, and family communication. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, up to 25% travel, a maximum yearly salary of $95,000, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance among other benefits.
