Description
Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based and community settings. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments and progress reporting, training parents and caregivers, overseeing behavior technicians, maintaining documentation, and supporting research and clinical learning. Candidates must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification, have applicable licensure, and meet physical and technology requirements; clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction is preferred. The position offers $45.00–$75.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.
