Description
Applied ABC is hiring a per diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst for flexible work across Arizona, with remote, home-based, hybrid, and in-person service options depending on client needs. The role provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services, including assessments, treatment planning, behavior support, data analysis, supervision of RBTs and behavior technicians, parent training, and clinical documentation. Candidates must hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, active BCBA certification, a current 8-hour supervision certificate, applicable Arizona licensure, and experience working with children with autism, supervising RBTs or behavior technicians, conducting relevant assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing parent training. Compensation is $65.00–$95.00 per hour, with rolling applications.
