ChildServe is hiring PRN Board Certified Behavior Analysts to expand its autism and behavioral health program across Iowa. The role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supervising BCBA candidates and direct-care providers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and training staff and families. Applicants need a master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification; BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum completion is preferred, and at least two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
