BTS is hiring a full-time, remote BCBA to provide clinical supervision and oversee ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or delays. The role includes designing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, delivering individual and group learning experiences, supervising supervisors and behavior interventionists, consulting with families and schools, and coordinating client schedules. Candidates must have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, eligibility to work in the United States, and availability for afternoon and evening work. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 annually, with bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
