Description
The Lighthouse ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and skills assessments for students receiving New York City Department of Education-funded in-school ABA services. The role involves traveling to NYC schools and clients' homes, collaborating with parents, RBTs, case managers, and school services staff, preparing assessment reports for DOE review and impartial hearings, and serving as an expert witness when needed. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst status, be based in or able to travel throughout the NYC area, and be comfortable testifying at impartial hearings.
