Applied ABC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based ABA services on a per diem or full-time salaried basis. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, analyzing behavioral data, collaborating with families and schools, maintaining clinical documentation, and complying with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements. Required qualifications include a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, active BCBA certification, a current 8-hour supervision certificate, applicable state licensure, experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, strong communication and organizational skills, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States.
