Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide ABA therapy services for children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and therapy centers. Responsibilities include intake and functional behavioral assessments, treatment-plan design, supervision and training of ABA technicians, data graphing, progress monitoring, and family communication. The role requires a valid BCBA certificate, experience with children and teens with ASD or developmental disabilities, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license, with up to 25% travel. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, with a stated maximum yearly salary of $95,000 and health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
