Behavioral Health Works is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role involves leading the clinical aspect of ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), designing and refining treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, providing parent coaching, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.
