CABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight for 8–12 clients, support Registered Behavior Technicians in session, conduct assessments, guide programming, review data, train caregivers, and coordinate with schools and medical providers. The role requires active BCBA certification, 8-hour supervision training, and at least three years of experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses. Compensation is $82,500–$92,500 per year plus a quarterly bonus, with most work performed in person and occasional remote or hybrid opportunities.
