Description
Hope Behavioral Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ethical, evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes clinical case management, assessments, treatment planning, data review, family and caregiver involvement, staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and travel to clinic, home, or community settings. The position requires a master’s degree, an active BCBA credential, and either BACB good standing or a related master’s degree with at least five years of behavior analytic experience. Compensation is $75,000-$85,000 annually plus a $5,000-$10,000 commitment bonus, with relocation assistance and health, dental, and vision insurance.
