Hope Autism Clinic is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ethical, evidence-based applied behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes clinical case management, assessments, treatment planning, data review, family and caregiver involvement, staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and supervision. Candidates need a master’s degree, an active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB, or a related master’s degree with at least five years of behavior analytic experience, along with strong ABA knowledge and communication skills. The position offers up to $85,000 annually, a $5,000–$10,000 commitment bonus, relocation assistance, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
