Escalate ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote, part-time contract position focused on supporting Arabic-speaking families in New York. The role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/behavior technicians remotely, reviewing data, adjusting programming, ensuring client progress, partnering with families, and maintaining compliance and documentation.
