Pennsylvania Mentor, a Sevita Company, is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and supervise behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, or other behavioral challenges. The role includes creating behavioral plans, providing on-site interventions, training staff and families, facilitating caregiver groups, and supporting discharge planning. Candidates must hold a master's degree, BCBA certification, and an LBSC license, with one year of ABA experience required. Full-time schedules and a compensation package with performance incentives are offered.
