Epic Minds Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role in Clinton, North Carolina to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance. The position requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and experience with ABA programs and RBT supervision.
