Heritage Holdings Group is hiring a full-time Board Project Lead to support its Board of Directors and senior executives across property management, construction, real estate development, architecture, sales and marketing, finance, operations, compliance, HR, and equipment rental. The role coordinates work across business units, leads strategic projects, facilitates Board meetings, monitors KPIs, manages Asana and other project tools, provides IT and technical support, and maintains confidentiality. Applicants need at least five years of project management or executive-level support experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong Asana proficiency, advanced IT skills, KPI-tracking ability, and excellent communication skills. Compensation is KYD 67,200–84,080 annually, with employer-supported insurance, pension contributions, equipment, and paid leave.
