Description
The Boat Captain operates a company ferry between a hotel and boardwalk, transporting guests and assisting with luggage, mobility needs, and beach policies. The role includes vessel inspections, fueling, deliveries, guest communication, safety-drill participation, incident reporting, after-hours guest and staff support, and adherence to company procedures. A 50-ton US Coast Guard-approved certification, prior captain experience, hospitality experience, customer-service commitment, teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and high school or equivalent education are required or preferred.
