Aspire General Insurance Company and its affiliated general agent, Aspire General Insurance Services, are hiring a BI Claims Adjuster Trainee to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate bodily injury and uninsured motorist bodily injury claims, initially focusing on unrepresented claimants and early settlements. The role involves reviewing medical records, police reports, witness statements, medical reports, and bills; assessing injuries and liability; communicating with claimants and medical providers; maintaining claim files; and staying current with applicable laws and industry trends. The position requires a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance experience, at least two years of frontline claims experience, strong insurance and negotiation skills, and proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office. It offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k), and company-observed holidays, with compensation of $32.00–$36.00 per hour.
