EDAG Mexico is hiring a Body Closures Testing Engineer in Novi, Michigan for a 2.5-year temporary contract. The role focuses on automotive validation and verification testing for body system components and subsystems, including developing test methods, planning and coordinating prototype vehicle tests, performing root cause analysis on failures, documenting results, and collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of automotive testing experience, familiarity with specific durability and validation tests, knowledge of FMVSS regulations, strong reporting and instrumentation skills, and English proficiency with German as a plus.
