The Body Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the MHC Kenworth-Dallas branch body shop, including planning, directing, budgeting, performance evaluation, customer service, safety compliance, repair estimates, and coordination with customers, adjusters, and insurance companies. The role requires thorough knowledge of body shop operations, at least five years of related experience, previous supervisory experience, and strong management and communication skills; a CDL is preferred.
