Penske is hiring a Body Shop Technician in Nashville, Tennessee to diagnose, repair, and maintain truck and trailer collision damage and related systems. The role includes cab and sheet metal, fiberglass, composite, welding, frame, suspension, box, air conditioning, electrical, brake, cooling, surface preparation, and paint repairs; parts identification; warranty documentation; safety and work-area maintenance; and road testing. Training begins on first shift before transitioning to a third-shift schedule, with in-house training and advancement opportunities.
