Description
The Bodywork Advisor welcomes customers, schedules repairs based on customer needs, workshop capacity, and parts availability, manages damage files, prepares quotations and estimates, places orders, and coordinates replacement vehicles. The role requires strong customer service, administration, organization, initiative, independent and team-working skills, and fluent Dutch and French; automotive or bodywork experience is preferred but not required. It is a permanent position with a gross monthly salary of €2,630 to €3,950 and benefits including meal vouchers, eco vouchers, a company car, fuel card, and hospitalization insurance.
