Rinnai America Corporation is hiring a remote Technical Support Specialist to provide telephone support for the service, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and failure analysis of Rinnai products. The role requires a technical associate degree in plumbing or electrical engineering or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of technical appliance repair experience, and familiarity with schematics or ladder diagrams.
