Description
The HVAC/Boiler Tender operates and maintains boilers, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Duties include firing boilers, interpreting gauges, cutting and threading pipe, bending sheet metal, repairing and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration equipment, replacing electrical and mechanical components, following blueprints, and responding to call-outs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of verifiable HVAC technician or Boiler Tender experience, an EPA refrigerant card, a valid driver’s license, an interim security clearance, and clearance for long-term remote residency.
