Glencore is hiring a Maintenance Boilermaker for its Field Maintenance team at Clermont Open Cut. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role supports maintenance management and compliance with the Safety, Health and Mine Safety (SHMS) system, while performing breakdown work, following safe practices, and maintaining attention to detail and housekeeping standards. The position requires a Certification III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/ Welding), GCAA Level 2 welding competency, at least two years of experience in a large mining operation, and a Queensland driver’s licence. It offers a $15,000 trade allowance, roster and incentive allowances, fully funded flights, accommodation options, professional development, and annual leave.
