Description
The PCBA BOM Engineer creates, reviews, and manages printed-circuit-board assembly bills of materials from schematics, Gerber files, and design documentation. The role verifies component specifications, coordinates with design, procurement, suppliers, quality, and manufacturing teams, maintains BOM versions in PLM or ERP systems, supports new-product-introduction builds, and ensures compliance with RoHS, REACH, and other regulatory standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field, at least 2–3 years of process-engineering and BOM-analysis experience, and familiarity with electronic components, PCB design, and BOM-management tools.
