Description
The BOM Manager / Industrial Engineer Chip Embedding will combine product data management with production-oriented industrial engineering for chip embedding. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing bills of materials and master data, managing ECR/ECO changes and ERP/PLM interfaces, analyzing process deviations and scrap causes, improving process windows and machine parameters, supporting pilot builds and series start-ups, and developing manufacturing standards. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, industrial experience, ERP or PLM knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
