The Bond Manager leads an assigned territory and contributes to strategic production and profit goals by managing agency plants and marketing, overseeing underwriting and risk management, approving non-standard and private bond forms, analyzing territory performance, conducting portfolio reviews, and supporting senior surety leadership. The role may supervise business-unit staff, lead project teams, and recommend employment actions, while requiring the ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
