The Bond Department Supervisor leads daily operations and a team of Bond Specialists, overseeing bond and power-of-attorney processing, importer identity verification, regulatory compliance, audits, quality reviews, customer escalations, and relationships with surety providers and external partners. The role requires an active U.S. Customs Broker License, a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years of customs brokerage or trade compliance experience, and at least two years supervising colleagues in a compliance-focused environment. The salary range is $90,000-$125,000 based on experience and education.
