Description
The BFS Product Manager Assistant will support the Product Manager in evolving HoriZIM, a global forecasting and planning platform. The role combines business analysis, product development, project leadership, change management, stakeholder coordination, and support for AI-driven capabilities. Responsibilities include understanding forecasting and cargo-flow processes, refining product requirements, collaborating with development and data teams, supporting worldwide rollouts, leading workshops, tracking project milestones, and maintaining documentation and performance metrics. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, process improvement, or a similar role, cross-functional and international team experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile and product development processes.
