Description
The Booking Technician supports the Pennington County Jail by controlling movement in the secure control room, booking and releasing inmates, maintaining inmate accounts, processing property and bond or fee payments, monitoring security cameras, and serving as a contact for public and professional inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of experience with financial account management, security systems, or confidential database entry, and the ability to obtain a valid South Dakota driver’s license within 90 days of moving to South Dakota.
