Description
ScaleOps is hiring a Bookkeeper to support its day-to-day financial operations. The role owns full-cycle bookkeeping, vendor and customer transactions, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, bank and credit-card accounts, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, fixed assets, the monthly close, statutory filings, and audit support. The position requires hands-on NetSuite experience, full-cycle bookkeeping experience, and a background as a bookkeeper in a startup or technology company; experience with multiple entities, jurisdictions, and tools such as Mesh, Expensify, or Dokka is a plus.
