Bookkeeper at the-hire-mark

The Hire Mark is recruiting for a Bookkeeper on behalf of a well-established importer and wholesale distributor of consumer electronics in Los Angeles, CA. The role is full-time and on-site only, and involves managing full-cycle bookkeeping, daily accounting operations, AP/AR, reconciliations, financial statements, month-end and year-end close, inventory accounting, cash flow, vendor payments, and coordination with an outside CPA and an offshore support team. The position requires 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, expert QuickBooks Desktop skills, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
