Builders FirstSource is hiring a Boom/Crane Operator for its Spanaway, Washington truss operation. The role operates boom and crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy construction materials in a yard and onto delivery trucks, including rigging, lift planning, load calculations, equipment inspections, and safe operation around buildings, utilities, and other structures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of boom and/or crane operating experience, current certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
