Bosch is recruiting participants for its Career Acceleration Program – Boost, a 24-month intensive development program for high-potential early-career professionals. Participants will receive mentorship, continuous training, and three assignments across Bosch business areas including Operations, Research & Development, Sales & Product Management, and Information Technology, with assignments in Portugal and at least one international assignment. The program seeks candidates with a relevant degree, up to five years of professional experience, strong communication and analytical skills, English fluency, and willingness to work at Bosch sites in Portugal and abroad for at least six months.
