The Trainee Training Officer supports onboarding and training organization at Bosch Vietnam, including coordinating courses with internal and external trainers, maintaining the training database, arranging transportation, distributing certificates, managing training-room 5S, and supporting administrative and HRL events. The role is intended for a final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with English and Vietnamese communication skills, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
