Description
Bosch is seeking a BPS Coordinator to drive the implementation of the Bosch Production System at its Naganathapura plant in Bengaluru. The role involves coaching production leaders, supporting BPS assessments, developing practical implementation solutions, executing BPS projects, partnering with value-stream leaders, moderating workshops, and delivering BPS training and qualification programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, 3–5 years of BPS and leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication.
