Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for its Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and third-party API connections, webhook and platform-specific message handling, debugging, monitoring, and deployment. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js skills, API and database experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $30 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
