Description
Mindrift is hiring freelance Bot Developers for the Tendem project to build and maintain production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. The part-time, fully remote role involves conversational flow design, backend and third-party integrations, webhooks, LLM integration, debugging, monitoring, deployment, and reliability improvements. It requires at least three years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least one year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js, API and database experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
