Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms; designing conversational flows; integrating LLMs and backend services; handling APIs and webhooks; and implementing monitoring, recovery, debugging, and reliable deployment. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a bot portfolio, and B2+ English proficiency. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
