Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project to build and maintain production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. The role involves conversational flow design, backend and third-party integrations, LLM integration, webhook and API handling, deployment, debugging, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, a bot portfolio, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
