Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connections, webhook and API handling, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and recovery. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js proficiency, API and webhook experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $35 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
