Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging integrations across WhatsApp Business/Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational-flow design, LLM integration, backend/API/database connections, webhook and platform-limit handling, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and recovery. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots on a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a required bot portfolio, and B2+ English proficiency. Compensation is up to $50 per hour equivalent for an estimated 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.
